honestly, thought it was a scam. but I really needed flea meds for my dogs and couldn\'t afford them through the vet. tried it out just to see and didnt get the first shipment due to USPS. their customer support team was so quick to help and sent a replacement the same day I notified them. the meds arrived and are exactly what my dogs needed.
